I know a couple of people that this has happened to and they still have not received their TP after submitting tickets. Take a screenshot of your purchase on Steam. IMC will ask for it.

It’s been 3 weeks and I know someone who still hasn’t gotten his TP even after sending in emails confirming he bought from Steam. Wish you luck getting yours!
