(letting us know what you were doing before, during, and after the bug happened will help us a lot)

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Bought TP in Steam
  2. Succesful Transaction
  3. Tried to claim in-game via TP button
  4. Failed to import purchase records. No TP bundles. Error code 001.

    5)Could not even submit a ticket because “RETURN FAIL”.

Bug Description: Bought the tp bundle. Tried to to claim it and that happened. It doesn’t matter if I reload or try to retrieve. Isn’t working! “Falied to retrieve TP. Error Code: 1002 and 1003!”
