Bug Description :Bought the 500TP EU around 8 hours ago, from the beginning already failed few time, and the TP in the TP retrieve disappeared, until now still can not retrieve TP.
(letting us know what you were doing before, during, and after the bug happened will help us a lot)
Steps to reproduce the issue :
- Bought TP via steam 500tp EU
- Failed to retrieve in game
- TP in the TP retrieve box disappeared
- Show up once failed to collect and now it shows I have no purchase but I didn’t retrieve any TP in game
- Failed to display TP purchase list, Please try again later
