getting an error “failed to download list file updater/Updater_Downloader.exe (1013)”
Any solutions?
I had this error just now. Tried the ones they mentioned. Nothing happened.
Here’s what I did…
Go to your games library on steam
Click tree of savior
Uncheck the DLC
Game will patch.
Now its working for me. lol

what is going on?
“Failed to download list file”
What I did was:
1.) Uncheck the DLC (at Steam Library)
2.) Go to folder “Steam --> SteamApps --> common --> TreeOfSavior --> patch”
3.) Look for the latest file there and remember the first five digits of it’s file name.
4.) Go to folder “Steam --> SteamApps --> common --> TreeOfSavior --> release”
5.) Look for “release.revision.txt” and open it.
6.) Input the five digits there and save it.
7.) Click “play” icon (also at Steam Library. Not in desktop shortcut or whatever because error will still happen.)
8.) The game or the downloader will now patch.
Done. Go play.
I just researched all the possible solutions found in this forum.
…but what the heck. What’s up with unchecking the DLC…?

You can just download HotspotShield (free version), turn it on, let it connect, then patch the game. After that you can turn off HotspotShield and play normally

same problem here, oh well, i already quit the game anyway, too many problems with it.
