Failed to Download list file Run as Admin

Hello,

I’m running into this problem. I’ve downloaded and deleted the whole entire game like twice, and also have run it as admin, and whenever I opened the game still doesn’t do anything. Please advise.

Thank you for reporting this to us.

Kindly check your firewall and anti-virus settings and make sure that you add Tree of Savior to the exceptions. Re-download the game after applying the setting.
