Failed to download list file after yesterday's maintenance (19/05/2020)

Bug Description : Client can’t open. Error code 1240
Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. login to steam
  2. run TOS client shortcut
  3. Patcher opened for about 10 seconds
  4. Error come out "Failed to download list file. Please try again as Administrator.
    Updater/Patcher.version.txt (1240)

i Set the client to run as admin already. still same error.

Please try to verify the cache integrity of Tree of Savior in Steam. If it does not work, pleas also try to reinstall the game,

same issue I already try to verify integrity and reinstall and always the same problem

i Reinstalled was fine for a few days Now i encounter same issue again.

ive been playing for 3 days after the update but suddenly i got the same error from above.
3 days before i have no problem with anything no lag whatsoever.
i tried redownloading, run as admin, verify files, everything. and i think the GM doesnt even know whats wrong too

I have same problem but it can fix by using another internet network, when using LAN network the problem occurs, then I use my mobile network instead I can play the game normally.
