Failed to download list file! (975) - Can't Launch Tree of Savior!

Bug Description :
I installed Tree of Savior on Steam and purchased the $49.99 founders exclusive server 1.

After Steam finished downloading the game, I tried to launch it, but I got an Error message:

"Failed to download list file. Please try again as administrator.
partial/data.revision.txt (975)"

I’m using Windows 10.

I tried disabling Windows Defender, didnt work.
I tried running as Administrator, also didnt work.
I tried “Verify Integrity of Game Cache”, also didnt change anything

What’s causing the game not to start?

Any solution?

Try to use a VPN, i got another issue related with launcher and after i use a VPN everything is fine.

Found out why I got the Error connection, it was the 4G internet connection I had.

After switching to a new/better connection, it worked :slight_smile:
