Failed to download files / pls help

I tried to load the files but it said

11781_001001.pak Failed to download files. This might be a communication problem. Please check your connection and restart client.(816)

but I double check my internet access and it still working and I also close my firewall.

Also I tried to uninstall the game and load it again for x3 but still the same problem.

how to solve this problem ?

I will try to fix it as you advice step by step and will inform you the feedback. Is it work or not.

Hqbe you tried the guide I’ve linked? Personally I solved my similiar problem by using a VPN, result may vary though.

Edit: Just saw the

Off topic: I’ve encountered similiar thing before playing Maplestory, turned out that Avira was deleting my patches as I am patching.

I use 7 . And also just plug in power not use battery

Is it possible to copy patch from desktop and put to notebook. My desktop also can play the game
