im trying to ask IMC to transfer my DLC PACK 2 from Fedimian to Silute. When then opened the server transfers, they said that we coudnt have any itens on the market, also we should disband at guild and parties, so i DID. Regarding all that infos my DLC PACK tha was in my mail box, should be transfered together with my account but they did NOT transfered. I opened many tickets asking the trasnfer and they keep saying thats not possible, and never tell me the reason!
I WANT MY DLC TRANSFER FROM FEDIMIAN TO SILUTE!!!
assumptions:
–DLC pack 2 means “Founder’s Pack DLC 2”; there’s no other DLC Pack 2, so you need to be more specific if that wasn’t it.
–you did -not- use the items while you were playing on Fedimian; if you’ve already used the items, then they’re used and gone, and that’s it.
–you TRANSFERRED CHARACTERS via an actual server transfer, and not just made a new team; if you simply made a new team, nothing was ever transferred. if you also delivered the DLC to any of your characters that are still on Fedimian, then that is where the pack is now, and will remain.
did you unpack the DLC while you were on Fedimian ?
if you unpacked the items…
did you transfer your team from Fedimian to Silute? then you should be all good. just look on the character it was delivered to when you unpacked it.
did you transfer a -different- team to Silute? then your unpacked premium stuff is left behind on fedimian, with those characters.
if you did -not- unpack the items…
the message box is universal. log in to Silute, go into the message box, open the mail for the DLC content, and deliver the pack to a character of your choice. once the pack is delivered, log on with that character, and open the inventory. scroll down to premium items and right click on the DLC Pack chest. that breaks it down into the individual items. you need to right-click on the TP to add it to your account balance. right click the other items to use them as-normal, when you want to.
**as a bonus; part of the patch earlier this morning allows Premium items to be traded via team storage. so you no longer have to decide which character gets all of the items… if you are using a token, you can place the items you want to move into the Team Storage locker at the bank, and take it out with the character you want to have it.
if this doesn’t solve it for you, post the day you bought the DLC pack 2, and exactly what you did with it after that.
