Extra status point ? Normal or not?

I have earned a level (80 to 81) and I’ve also earned 10 intelligence points, increasing this last 95 to 105 without adding status point manually, i’ve just earn my level 81. I’m so surprised… is it normal ?

or a RANK?

every time you complete a class advancement and change to a new class/rank, your Str and Int get a 10% bonus.
