Hi guys, I’m new at ToS ad I have some questions about public builds. Almost all of them say to buy expensive items or gems in low level (like five hammer whit 5*gems lvl 6), I don´t have money enough to do it, to buy equips neither. And this happens in almost all builds I tried! What can I do? Just use cheapest items? Do a money maker? HELP ME PLEASE
if you know rank 8 skill need 321million silver to 100% attribute, everything else will be cheaper. from lv 1-120 you can use any equip that you got from quest
Find a friend, one of you plays full support/tank roll, other receives double income to pay for equipment.
Just kidding, you can’t trade silver.
There is no problem with low lvl weapon or equip dat you got from quest.
At high lvl you can make around 800k silver aday just by doing saalus and lvl 290 dungeon, so no worry.
Reason for five hammer : You can put 5 gems on it what other weapon can’t. Buying it will help you lvling easier,dat not mean you have to buy it.

Don’t ever worry about buying equipment, just make sure you have a few gems you like (keep them in storage) and dump all your unwanted gems and trash items into those gems to level them up. Level 5 gems are relatively easy to make and the added stats are a great help.
If you want super easy gameplay, buy the Cafrisun armor set (it’s cheap) and then every time you log in, buy a 1 hour sacrement buff from a buff shop. Reason: cafrisun gives you a small damage buff that shows up on another line of damage when you basic attack; the sacrement buff will apply its damage to your usual damage line and the cafrisuns damage line (double sacrement damage).
Some classes can get a huge advantage with this combo, such as:
Quarrel Shooter c3 with running shot (increased attack speed and adds another line of damage)
Pyromancer c1 with enchant fire (adds another line of damage)
Chronomancer with quicken (increased attack speed)

If your wallet is willing…You may try alternative forms of obtaining silver without having to farm for any of it.
Legit accepted practice: selling tokens, enchant scrolls, costumes
Unbannable frowned down upon practice:No one has been banned for it, but if you follow the links spammer bots spam…
And when you have enough power, create cancerlocks builds or afk necromancers to easily farm silver.

Just roll a cleric. I have a rank 8 inquisitor that still gets away with using cafrisun and some level 170 blue mace which I never even bothered to gem. Costs nothing to repair, requires no healing potions, nor sp potions. I’ve already said the gear costs pennies and you can carry any group of bads through dungeons with your heal tiles.
Edit: You may have some difficulty with the class advancement quests because of the 80k-120k hp mobs, but the quest itself doesnt actually require you to kill anything for Inquisitors.
use whatever you get from quests and dungeons.
just try to not waste silvers for useless equips in below 170 level requirement.
If you may answer what you are leveling (build) people might be able to come up with better suggestions, but general consensus, cafrisun set untill 220 if you can farm it ( used to be very easy now a little harder )
As suggested before, easier character to start with would be a cleric, try something very cookie cutter, any PD2 is strong, and also can solo most of content with not a whole lot of investment.
Once you get basic gear for rank 8 (depends on what you are going to level), best sink for your silvers would be to invest into attributes. (the +% ones) since they are NOT going anywhere, but gear might become irrelevant at one point.
Hunt those expensive items then sell them. Just look in the auction which items sell high at minimal farming.
