EXP Rates - Chasing the glowing blue mobs

I kill one, instantly go from level 19 to 21, turn the corner, another standing there, kill that one, go from 21 to 24. Um what the hell?

5 levels in the span of 15 seconds. This is a terrible mechanic, as it defies all logic, how is it better to have a single mob that is worth 100 times everything else in the area, rather then just increase the worth of everything else in the area by a small amount?

Everyone is complaining about the grind, and for the most part they are right, the grind is a bit annoying. The rates should be adjusted, but not even by that much. I say get rid of those glowing mobs all together, and simply increase the exp rates 1.5x. After that add a chain kill system, that increases the expgained per continuous kill.

As it stands now, leveling is a mix of tedium and luck. While i have no issue grinding and finding the odd jackpot, most people will simply leave.

I dont know about all the rest of you hardcore players but, i have no interest in playing on a dead server. If you want the game to last you need better exp rates.

PS.

Creating a server with boosted exp rates and a seperate server with normal rates is also an option that could placate both crowds.

Think of it like a special field reward that spawns randomly. You got lucky having two spawn right there beside you. Personally I found the grind really bad from 25-35ish, but then it started lightening up. I’ve heard that 45-50 is a breeze and happens like 5x as fast as any other stage earlier. The grind is still a bit much though and the exp should be boosted by even a small amount. I’ve found that running around grinding in a party of fun people has made the process a lot less tedious
