EXP Penalty Party System

So I’m in a Party level 230 with another member who’s also 230. I have a friend who wants to start playing Tree of Savior and I wanna know if he gets any experience penalty if he’s in the same party as we are.

Here’s the party:
Thaumaturge lvl.230
Cannoneer lvl.230
Wizard lvl. 10

if we go to a level 20 map, does the Wizard get experience penalty? by how much?

No penalty for him. As long as the mobs are within his level range he’ll get exp, even if you guys in the party are much higher. You can even power-level him this way. You can for example bring him to Tenet Garden or any other lowbie maps with good spawn rate, and do a killfest.
