Exp Gain with PvP/Arena/etc

Well to counter that huge paragraph, all they need to do is have them lower the exp rate for PVP or have a shop where you need a lot of points to gain 1 EXP Card(scaling by your character level).

Just an example if they had a shop for PVP that rewards you points.

1 Win = 10 Points
1 loss = 5 points
1 EXP Card = 200 points
Or they can make it more challenging to get 1 EXP Card but that was just an example.
The shop can also sell potions, costumes, recipes, weapons.equipments, headgear and other cool stuff. But the best weapons, equipment and recipes will be by doing PVE.

And for the other alternative they can scale the experience they receive upon winning or losing depending also on their level.Obviously they can scale PVP EXP so that quest missions will be more ideal way to level than PVP Arenas.

There you have it,if people decide to farm PVP it will take forever to level compare to questing.Your probably going to say so then why bother putting EXP in PVP.Simple it will contribute to you leveling regardless if is less better than questing. You get to enjoy PVP and gain some exp… for me that`s a win win no matter how I look at it.

Moreover, your probably going to say and I know it… lol… how are we going to stop the bots from farming point or players who will throw the match to end it quick to farm it.Easy solution, have a cap of cards you can get daily or weekly!

Why would PvE player go for the ā€œfasterā€ option?

Win: 100% Exp 100% Money 100% coins for a npc with untradeable goodies/Equip
Loss: 35% Exp 35% Money 35% coins for a npc with untradeable goodies/Equip

(The % scale on a fixed EXP/Money rate according to the players base level)

No PvP Quests

You will never ever see a PvE player doing PvP for grinding
You will never see ā€œbotsā€ because it’s simply not worth it to loose at a 100% rate - therefor botting PvE is more worth it - and less likely to be reported than in PvP where ā€œrage playersā€ tend on reporting the afk ones.

Last argue anybody could have ā€œbut mommy it is faster to level up in PvP if you win all the time…ugh wƤh wƤh i peed my pantsā€

Well good luck winning at a 100% rate - the one who does deservers it

exp gain ya the exp rate too low i hope they make it higher so everyone can try classes what they want

Precisely. I didn’t ask for better gains through pvp over pve, but also that just wouldn’t happen. Pve grind will always be better because you can make it as efficient (or inefficient) as you set out for it to be. PvP the most you can do is find some kind of ungodly team setup but even then you 'll still lose some.

I’m confused as to why people don’t realize that some people don’t like PvP. And some people don’t like PvE much either.

I grew up with everquest so I am a fan of good old fashioned engaging grind. But ToS version of grind involves a huge map of a ton of monsters. Just generally isn’t my thing. I’ll put up with it, and I’m sure it’ll be the most effective way to level given the right party (way less variables to account for and eventual instakills to mobs due to skill setups as time goes on).

But I just want to have gains from PvP. I play a game called lost saga which is, outright a fighting game. But the best way to ā€œlevelā€ in this game is to farm the PvE modes. I still play PvP. Almost primarily. Unless there’s an event where you get a nice item for completing the modes once or twice. Just because pve is better doesn’t mean I’m going to put myself through something I don’t enjoy.
