I can’t see the image you uploaded, but like the above had mention, the event dumpling give the same effect as the one in the pack.
If in the TP shop, you’re only missing that Exp Pack item, it’s likely that your client doesn’t have the latest ipf file (I have this problem on last patch), try check whether 137198_001001.ipf exist in your steam folder Steam\steamapps\common\TreeOfSavior\patch
if it’s missing download it from http://drygkhncipyq8.cloudfront.net/toslive/patch/partial/data/137198_001001.ipf then paste it in.
and if your client remove it after you run the game, paste it back again.
