mostly those temporary items is just one time try and no one cares on getting it anymore, so making an permanent option for those would be pretty nice for the players, or making those necklaces actually be getable in-game (of course, if making permanent in shop keep the temporary so perma would be an expensivier version).
I’m suggesting this because at least here where I live no one cares about temporary items, so that’s it xD
oh, I forgot to mention, the reason why people don’t like\care about temporary items, is that for them those are pretty much expensive to keep for your character

IToS get KToS patch (And KToS TP shop item etc…)
Korean are a huge consumer of online gaming and probably the main market of those expirable item.

yeah probably in kToS there is people who is fine with that, some regions that kind of stuff can be kinda expensive. but anyway, it would be nice having permanent versions of those (but being like x5 or more of the temporary price)
