Everything become $NoData$UI error/bug

hello i was playing tos as usual, but suddenly i experience a timeout error and force me to relog. suddenly everything change into korean language, i was really suprised and try to relog again, and now it become like this. anyone else got this kind of error.

i hope someone here can give some kind of insight of what happening to me.
recently i tried to use WTFast application, but after reading a lot of bad review, i immediately uninstall it

does the application tamper with the game data?

also, i already verify integrity of game cache and still nothing change.

i hope someone here or the admin can help me to solve this kind of problem, thanks a lot

i already remove all local data content and restoring the game from previous backup and also redownloading all the patch. but the error still persist. is there any local file that i have to delete for clean restore?

Usually you shouild be able to go into Properties and then verify the game files integrity. If you do another reinstall, physically remove the /Treeofsavior/ folder from /steamapps/common/, because it often leaves behind client configuration files that probably got corrupted, but it’s reading anyways.
