Everyone just want instant noodle nowadays

Guys, this is only the first week, stop demanding unrealistic stuff.

This is a small team not a big and well established corporation and they have to handle both development and distribution (part) which require a lot of resource and know-how.

IMC did tried to introduce a 3 month plan so they have time to deal with all the ■■■■ you are experiencing right now but the community is the one that voted NO on that so stand by your decision and be patient.

The leveling is supposed to be slow, catering both to casual and hardcore style.

Anyone played RO would still remember the good old day where getting to 99 to reborn would took casual player A WHOLE YEAR and that is a special experience you would remember for a really really long time.

Try to just enjoy the game, go for the unique build you like instead of be influenced by all the level rush train that everyone are jumping on right now.

I enjoyed all stroy quests till level 90.
Took me 30 hours playtime, duo bugs crash and other stuff.

^^

The grind gets going first after level 150ish.

Level 150 is like level 50 in RO.
Where you finally felt closer to be your second class.

Atm people are only buthurt, with all they’re right, that dungeosn aren’t working.
And shout spam lag is still a thing.
And the whole reason imc did disable trade mostly… and locked it behind premium. Is to fight gold sellers? I have seen 17 bots today at the tuturial maps xD.

^^ I wish they went with they’re first plan.
But heck, 3 months ea without wipe would be too much.
IMC most problems are:

  • communication (ninja servers, ninja guess where working on it, bad patches … 150 letter limit? How is that helping against bots, make it level 50. And they will take sometime to get to that again~*
  • server stability (guess what, 30k+ people cocurrent online are to much for 2 servers to handle~)
  • Old bugs~ (Yes, we had dungeon problems like that before. Even worse ones. And getting kicke dout of dungeon was takeing a run slot …)

They’re doing good for the fact that most things that could go wrong, went wrong.

Keep your racism at home.

99% of the complaining would dissapear when they would allow trading WITHOUT restrictions !!! (maybe only for premium, but then again, premium is way too expensive)

As it stands now, they just seem to be very money-hungry and really dont give a rats ass about their players…

I’d rather they keep the paywall this way, see how WoW and FFXIV last for years while all those Free Game keep popping up then die ? maybe not such a coincidence at all.

I think what matters most is that the game is good. If the game is good they could probably survive on any business model.

I agree completely with OP.
Tons of major games have flaws within their first few days or even weeks.
The biggest MMORPG, WoW, had major issues as well throughout multiple expansions.
People expect a new game to be perfect upon release, like greedy entitled children.
I for one have had only a few problems, like a little lag, some quests not working, and some screen freezes.
It’s all within reason for a new game, in my opinion though.
Give them time to prove they can do it.
Only thing that really needs to be fixed at the moment is gold seller spam.
The trading system can be worked on from there.

ok first of all i wanted 3 month as well.
then they working on the game for 4-6 years. if in this time they cant make the gaem work then i think they don’t need to develop games. having good ideas alone will not work, i have good game ideas but dont know how to build a game and dont have the money , so i don’t do it,

didnt know wow and ff14 is f2p game or have any restrictions.

I agree with you OP, someone had to say it.

People complain because they want to play quicker, then complain about what happens as the result.

This could easily be compared to the trading complaints. People complain about trading restrictions, IMC removes them and what if something negative happens as a result? Complain some more -.- People dont think about the consequences of what they ask for.

I think they should just change to a subscription model and make it like $10-12 a month. Then they can remove trading restrictions.

Yeah that is why you are here and they are there, lucky for us you werent the one that make TOS yeah ? lol

FF14 and WoW are just examples on p2p vs f2p, Freemium is hybrid and this game is leaning closer to p2p with high paywall measures.

People complain about BOTs but imo, right now, they’re nothing but annoying tbh. The amount of silver they’re selling is ridiculous, it looks like they haven’t been able to farm silver in this game properly.
I don’t think any1 will ever pay 1 U$ for 10K silver lol

they cant sell silver in this game in the first place its a scam.

didnt say i make a game any thing as good as tos in the first place.

but the bigest problem and bug are here from icb2 days. and nothing people like yuo say will make it ok. yuo just have 0 value on your money and think yuo will get a candy from imc if yuo say its all ok. but now all of the players here like this.

but lets see who will win.
the “complaining” people or the defenders of IMC

Are you so ignorance of the fact that they added a huge section of maps and dungeons on Orsha line ? Until now I’m level 8x and still getting amazed of all the new stuffs they added into the game.

Hey I’m getting my money worth enjoying the game, if you cant then it is your loss.

where did i say the game is not good?
they need to fix the problems that all.
they will and the game will be good and long.
they will not/cant game will fail, i dont want this.

Mabinogi predates WoW, and is both active and has always been f2p

Of course, if you really wanted to talk about the longevity of the p2p model, you should’ve brought up UO

Came here in the hopes for a thread about noodles.

Now I have to leave with a faint feeling of disappointment and a hollow stomach.

I’m pretty sure people are more pissed that the company does not respond to any problems present in the server in a timely manner… If you can’t fix it at least say you acknowledge the issue.

IMC hasn’t said anything despite the fact that complaints about trade have been present months before they put it in international p2p.

As a new game, communication is important, and game breaking bugs like dungeon access which is a large part of progression are fixed almost immediately in other new games.

All this just implies that the developers don’t care. Which is a fairly logical conclusion looking at most of the other Korean imported games.
