Everyone in the Dungeon 290 has been disconnected and cannot go back, losing everything

Bug Description :
I just entered the dungeon 290 as usual, after approximately 3 minutes all the players in have been disconnected, tried to recconect and enter in the previous dungeon as usual but the button to re-enter the dungeon has gone and everyone losted all the multiply bonus and entries.

*I’ve also lost so much money to buy 10+1 goddess blessed cube and got NOTHING but potions, losted an equipment with 2 Lv.5 Gems that has gone off my inventory after I use the envil on it. I’m really motivated to move on from this game.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Entered the 290 Dungeon
  2. All players disconnected
  3. Cannot re-match in previous dungeon

The same happened to me yesterday, I used Fortune Cookie x5 and Tome x8 and also Multiply Token x2 in dg230, then suddenly everyone got DCed and we can’t go back to instance (I saw some people that was in the same pt cursing in shout about it), in addition I also lost my 5x Cookies stacked, the server is still unstable and we are losing all multiply/cookies/dg resets that should be “compensations” but it’s useless when we can’t even use them without getting DC and losing all.

This happens all the time, nothing new. You can send a support ticket.
