[Events] Why are items removed after events?

Dear IMC, could you please explain why are you forcing people to use up their event items during their respective periods? What’s the point? Why can’t we save up items to use at a time of our choosing?

I’m sorry but this is the first MMO I’ve encountered that removes items people earned during events after the event ends. That’s just stupid, plain and simple.

I’m guessing to control for inflation and people overfarming these things.

I’m not sure about the candies, unfortunately. I should use that more often.

Removing the code to prevent things from breaking in the future?

Or maybe they just want to replace the code with something else?

Overwrite Halloween with Christmas. - ->saves them from recoding?
