Thank you for hosting an event where my own ping does not help me, and thanks also for the rapides in arranging the information of the event instead of putting what was agreed in the beginning. I am disappointed with the game and I will stop playing.

according to whiteknight, customer need to lower expectation n adjust to service provider competency level
and customer need to fix/give suggestion for service provider
also, customer need to praise n reward service provider
who are the customer if the service provider is dead,
we need to save the provider!
