Bug Description :
This friday should be an event where we get 300% on class exp but to get the bonus we have to talk to the event NPC. Problem is, the NPC keeps disappearing. It shows up for a second and then is gone again. It’s not possible to talk to it.
Steps to reproduce the issue :
- go to the city with event npc
- stay at the spot where the event NPC normally is (the white one with wings)
- wait
- see it will appear for a second
