Well, the screenshot explain for itsellf, i can’t change no one of my weapons, they are all before re:build and i didn’t trade/buy them…
None of your items are transcended to stage 5, which is the minimum requirement for weapon exchange of level 350+ primus weaponry.
That’s the reason you cannot exchange them.
The real reason is that it was OR T5, then they changed it to AND, screwing over as usual without compensation.
I was not affected, but the blame is on IMC side.
it was already well-known by people frequenting the KTOS thread that it was +5 and T5,
IMC always causes scenes with their descriptions, e.g. the exemption of full recompensation of event weapon transcendence during the transcendence changes, although they stated otherwise (i.e. that all weapons would be reset and all gems would be given back). In the end they gave back only half the gems.
Another example on this event is how they first promised to give gem selection boxes for every gem of a skill that changes class trees,too, but in the end, you only got one for the specific gems listed by them.
They also didn’t state that these selection boxes only contain the newly added gems,which lowers their overall value tremendously.
I’ve said this many and many times: it doesn’t matter, not everyone reads the forum, it is IMC’s responsibility to be accurate with patch notes.
There isn’t a single reason to not put the blame on them.

Same here, I didn’t know about this and it doesn’t state that when you’re using the NPC… Oh well, more confusion and frustration when coming back to ToS after months of playing something else.
Good to know what the issue is at least.
