try to record video when choosing your reward today, if tommorow you receive different reward, you can use that as a proof
Hi Yuri, this it’s a little off topic, but i have seen you very responsive and active today so i this is my chance. Is there any chance that the staff say something about the relocation of SA Silute Server? I know this has been asking for years, but we are really worried about it. As a chilean i play with a worse ping that brazilians, and the SA comunite is huge respect with the other servers. We have shown you that we love your game, because despite of the high ping and problems we are still playing. I dont wanna a date, but neither that answer that you give us anytime “This is not in our hands”, i just wanna i sincerely responsive about what is going on. We deserve our own server located in SA.

Chose instance voucher day 1, next day received it.
Chose 3TP day 2, next day received 3TP.
Chose 3TP day 3, next day received 3TP.
Chose 3TP day 4. Well, it’s not day 5 yet to check, but so far, so good!
Here is me selecting the 3TP I will be receiving on day 5 and receiving the 3TP I chose on day 3 for day 4.
Got day 5’s $NoData$ TP. Chose TP for day 6.

Blame the game and the corrupted files/translations.
Here’s another guy that got the same thing. I have my TP and that’s all that matters.
Common mistakes for either control mode
Mouse: spam click so you accidentally pick option 1 or random option you clicked
Keyboard: spam space and enter+any direction button and repeat above…

anyone else think this is a case of people not know how to reading properly or people regretting what they chose and now want the tp? let that sink in a bit.
someone mention miss click on mouse or they spam too much on keyboard space but is that the case? sounds like their fault either way. i see this happen sometime but not have it happen at event board only some quest occasionally

I can confirm there seems to be a random bug on the event that switches what you want for something else…
I just got the error. bug or whatever you wish to call it…
when I said I wanted TP I didin’t meant Toilet Paper

Till now I got everything I asked.
Maybe you guys must stop spam spacebar or keep calm when clicking in your wished prize because any little move from mouse can make you select any other thing.
If you’re still getting the wrong prize, maybe the issue is between the keybord and the chair.

I think this can easily be solved in the future by having cancel as the first option (you know just how they changed it for the first quest npc the one that warp you to klaipeda entrance) and that eliminates the possibility of it been a spam problem…

yesterday accidently mashed spacebar thus selected “dungeon entry voucher (14d)” but got 3tp instead.
