i got the zemyna necklace + tome yesterday after maintenance but today i go to message board and nothing happens?
What reward did you select when you got the tome + necklace? You should get whatever you selected yesterday, today.
For example, I selected a reset voucher yesterday when I got my necklace and tome, so that’s what I received today with the tome. Tomorrow I should get +3 TP with the tome since I selected the TP option today.

i chose +3 tp and nothing happened when i talked to message board

I don’t know why that isn’t linking properly on my end, but that’s weird.
Did you check to see if it was just added to your TP? I thought maybe it was going to be a 3TP item that we’d get in our inventory and we’d have to use it to add it to our TP.
Maybe there’s a problem with the +3TP option? I wonder if anyone else selected 3TP yesterday and had the problem or didn’t notice? If I have a problem tomorrow, or don’t have a problem, I’ll try to remember to post back here.

Are you on Channel 1? I think I remember not being able to talk to the board on another channel during one of the early events, but maybe my memory is hazy. I’d test it now, but I already talked to the board today.

switching channels did not work
edit: confirmed claimed reward yesterday at 11pm before the reset
actually scratch that, according to my exp tome from day 1 (which lasts 24 hours) it says i claimed my reward at 11pm before the reset
so ya, confirmed cant claim reward today. and its resetting in 30 mins
Well, I’m not sure what else you can do at this point or what is wrong. It’s possible there was a discrepancy with the reset time and the fact that it was not listed on the event page this time around.
I do remember that, don’t worry, it affected me as well one time, but I think they extended that particular event I was affected by.
Well, that sucks.

@joeswaaz Hey, were you trying to talk to the event board with a character under level 50? I noticed it wont work since they said it’s for characters level 50 or higher. It worked on my higher level characters.
Not announcing properly the reset time is one thing, but i really don’t understand why they need to have differing reset times. Cant they be organized and consistent with one reset time. Smh

i even ask staff to clarify event reset time

another posibility, u must claim reward on the same char everytime. Can anyone verify this?
