It says I just need to make character and it should be in my inventory… but there is none :/… And I’m really sad :(!

STEP 2. [UPDATED] After you start playing with your character, interact with the Leveling Guide NPC in the cities of Klaipeda or Orsha to receive 19 Boost Packs in your inventory, each containing a set of items that will help boost up your character along the way as you level up (see list at the bottom of this announcement).
The announcement was updated, but the event page was not. Talk to the NPC to grab your packs.

To get the item you have two options :
- Create a new steam account
- Create a new team on another server
Both options implies to start from zero, if you are new and join before the event started then sorry, but you got IMCed.
