Even use token still cant trade other player and use market?

I buy TP and buy token last night then im still cannot tade and use market. i thought i can trade if i use token premium :disappointed:

Level requirement, to trade or use auction hall a character needs to be at least level 40.

yes i already use it. i try to trade my friend and still not working.

im level 54 now. even market cant use it hays :confused:

i think last week? then the system said im available trade on july 29.
