Evasion % caps?

So back during CBT I went into the level 50 dungeon at 200 with full dex build, leather armor, mastery maxed etc and don’t think I ever had higher than a 60% dodge rate out of 100 hits. Maybe there is some cap based on certain ‘classes’ of monsters? Aka dungeon mobs are a special class? This was also the case vs the Blue Stoulets in the map Grand Corridor. I tried dropping off significant amounts of evasion with gear, 125ish? And took another 100 attacks and that number had changed by like 5 or so, I did this maybe 3-4 times with 100 attacks each, and I don’t think a difference of 5 that goes up or down really says anything with only 100 attack samples.

I also tested against what would be average mobs, aka not something with a ton of hp, and was able to get near and 80% dodge rate. Can’t remember what mobs I tested with offhand, this was a while ago. Has anyone else had similar results to this while testing, or anyone else hastested?

And yes, sometimes its like that.
Because mobs have different accuracy values.

But like crits, even with my high crit chance.
I rarely crit level 3 mobs … but i crit level 200 mobs well enough.

There’s still some hidden modifiers in these … we havent had gotten any decent official statement on how these things are calculated. They’re just tested atm.
