Well, I donât really get things by emotional ways. Still trying to be rational. Also, realized that most people donât know how to defend they point. They prefer to argue with offensives ways, and without a moderator it bypass likes normal.

There was none in-game announcements like for [SEA] or [EU] serves launchs. I blocked global chat because is full of bots with goldspam or whatever the actual culture created.

I have replied what is most likely why IMC is doing it. It is not that they canât do it easily, but what the implications will happen after.
For the announcement, I did read it here at Tree of Savior mainpage.
Why do I need? Itâs not a moderation issue, actually they said is players issue.
They say is unfair to players to get some people transfered. Players thinks transfers have things to do with maintanence.
One is passing the ball to another, and none gives a solution.
My solution is to clear players minds that thinks âtransfers = maintenanceâ.
And change that bad culture that we need to work the way they want us to works. We are not sheeps.
You all could help by breaking this non-senseless way of treatment, where they canât resume a simple request by saying it would be unfair to other players. No other player here gave the reason why they would be prejudicated.

Yah, itâs a player issue. You failed to keep informed about the game you so immensely enjoy. You keep saying you dont have time to read anything, you dont have time to reroll on the new server, but you have enough time here on the forums; odd.
Like I said earlier, if they give it to you, great; if they dont, darn. I see this more as an individual player issue as well. IDK if you are getting what the reply said to you. This isnt a âplayers issueâ, where we are going to get together and democratically decide. Itâs a players individual awareness issue.
As I said earlier, there are many things that confuse me about this thread.
One major question is, why didnt any of your friends tell you they were transferring?

- Can take a ride in any maintenance
- Can do it little-by-little in a queue

You are correct but the point of why they do it is for future-proofing. They are a business and they need to be strict on their rules or there will be a lot of issues like âhe was given this privilege, why not me?â, âI didnât get the 50% off after a day on the Founderâs Pack, you gave this player a chance, give me one too!â
Once you are on their shoes, you will understand how players try to weasle in every chance they get. If it is only you, yeah sure, thereâs not much of a problem there but you are not alone playing this game and players talk a lot on their experience.
I can understand that you like to transfer. Generally, it is up to them if they want to give a chance. The hard truth of how you handle this situation by going public, your plea may not be reconsidered as with my statement earlier. But try to ask them privately and not publicly. You may still have a chance.
Read this carefully and hope that IMC can keep their promise. If you bought a DLC, they must give you a transfer some time after the ftp opens.
P.S: someone asked them if they will do it after the mass transfers to the EU server and they confirmed that they wanted to do it. You can search it if you want.
So if they refuse to transfer you in a month or so,it will mean that they lied to their customers.

True yes they allowed 1-time team transfer.
We will be taking requests from those who would like to make a Team transfer once new worlds open. The transfers will happen approximately 3 weeks after the new worlds are created in order to ensure that some of the head-start effects brought by older players are reduced.
He missed the request time period, due to his own issues.
All you really can do, is keep sending tickets OP to support.

Thankfully I got my transfer.
But seriously for a 2016 game it has the WORST announcement ever.
Other online game has this launcher that shows Announcement or In game announcement (e.g Server transfer related) but this game has none!!!
IMC: You wait for 2 weeks for transfer but too late informing you guys about it by not announcing it in game? Too FREAKIN BAD.

I still visit the forum to vent and read whatâs new with ToS.
Because I have free time to visit the forum ocassionally.
ToS is probably one of the few online games that I visit the forum, I never visit TERA forum.
So yeah, not his fault for not viewing the Forum or checking the website.
