I am from Germany and find London / Amsterdam to be the most reliable choice for server hosting.

anyways, Japan and Singapore would be in my favor.
It would be 400ms snail ping and Pack 1 would kinda be touch move for my friends.

A server in Amsterdam would be greate beceause it is a central point in Europe.
So all the ping will be good around it.

Frankfurt I guess, Amazon has a datacenter in there and TOS is using Amazon service in US. Playing from Poland.
