Best server location for everyone is probably central Europe (Germany).
Personal pref would be central / west / north Europe (Germany / Netherlands, UK / Sweden, Norway, Finland).

Me playing from Germany is only a lucky coincidence 
I play from Sweden, but the server should be located in Germany or Netherlands in order to give everyone in Central Europe a good ping.
From Norway, best central server location is Frankfurt in Germany

This thread has already got 560 replies in just a couple of hours.
Hopefully IMC realize that an EU server is important, and to ignore their steam sale stats. Many EU players myself included did not order on Steam BECAUSE THERE IS NO EU SERVER.
Give an EU server and I will order immediately.
