I would place the server in Amsterdam. If it’s centralized, the overall ping for the EU community will be better.
Francfort from deutch. ~40ms, i lived in south of france
If there is a Brazilian server we want to be in Brazil of course, but as in CBT was a Latin server, I think it is fair that
have a server somewhere in Latin America in which both parties
not detrimental to the process.
Yay for EU servers! It’s really nice that you’re considering other regional servers.
My bf and I will be playing from the Philippines, so here’s to hoping a SEA (Singapore) server will be considered too. Thank you in advance. 
Amsterdam,Frankfurt - are the best choises for Eu players in my opinion.

Moscow, Russia. Based on amazon ping thing Germany seems good enough.(40 to 60 ms)

It’s the most centralized location.

It hits everyone in Europe including my cold Nordic country of Finland.

It’s closer to French, Sweden etc.

UK Ireland is too much to the West and might not help Russians or me.

Russians will love Germany server.
In Dota 2 regions are divided East and West and Germany would be right in the middle.

Playing from Brazil. Fingers crossed for a server in any area near our country. A ping of at least 90 would be nice though.
