Europe (Ireland) 41 ms
Europe (Frankfurt) 23 ms

Playing from Germany. I believe that a server in Frankfurt would be the best option for all Europeans and Russians alike.

Usually the servers for EU are located in Frankfurt, so I guess that would be a good place.

UK here. Paris is where a lot of servers are located for other games, so I’d suggest there!

I’m from Russia, and for me the best option would be a server in Russia Moscow or Germany in Frankfurt.
