Playing from Portugal, probably having a server in France or something would be great
Amazon’s servers in Frankfurt will be best decision for you! As long as you hosting your servers in amazon cloud of course.
P.S. I’m from Mother Russia and I’ll be very satisfied with Frankfurt server.

Novosibirsk is big city in Siberian, but in Novosibirsk not have good server. I don’t have difference play on Germany or in Novosibirsk server. D:

I’d say Amsterdam.
Good central location, well known for good latency.
I live in Spain, so I guess that France, Germany or any country in the middle of Europe is okay 
Frankfurt in Germany would be best choice for EU server.

Either Frankfurt or Amsterdam is fine. As long as we getting EU server soon, people will actually start buying FP’s. 
The best choice is the Amazon Server in Frankfurt
