I play from Denmark.
I would prefer it being located in Frankfurt, Germany is almost right smack in the middle of Europe and has great infrastructure when it comes to servers parks.

I am from Germany. Frankfurt is good.
Dota uses Austria, Vienna for EU East and it’s good for a lot of Russians. And no problem for the rest of Europe (not sure about Sweden though).
