One of these gives a decent ping for the whole EU generally.
Playing from Philippines, a SEA server would be appreciated by myself and alot of my friends 
Im from spain and the place should be germany or france
A server located in SG would be lots better for the benefits of SEA and Oceania.

I’m from Germany and I think Amsterdam, Frankfurt, France or Uk would be great… But I also think this should depend on where the european players come from and how good is the infrastructure at the places…

Anywhere Central Europe is fine.
I’m playing from Washington State, West Coast, and the ping is like I’m playing a game outside of the states. Would be great to have a closer server, such as West Coast, or move the East Coast server to the central area, such as Texas.

I’m playing from East Coast USA.
Ukraine for CIS countries and Germany for European Union or Germany for both
I’m from Finland and anywhere in central Europe would be fine, Germany probably being the best option (good compromise of geographic location and quality of infrastructure).

I’ve been holding off on purchasing a founders pack until an EU server is live ( like many others I’m sure )
