    Same bot again, I did report him both ingame and via ticket. There are still these 3 bots running almost 24/7:
    Teranics
    PiST0N
    StarClub

Almost all of them were reported a few times ago, please IMC, ban them,

And you have still not banned them. I dont see their team names in the 29th august ban list.
People reporting them in a weeks, and you answer that you gonna investigate, all that times.
So, what’s the result of investigation? Or you have still not done it?

And he is still not banned. Its been like 2 month now. He is still there 24/7 setting his fire balls. To login ingame and ban him would take 3 minutes. To write a post here - takes the same time.
