The game will only be available for download at the MOMENT and will only BE PLAYABLE on Aug 4th the stated time in the announcement
You can launch the game and reach the Server Selection screen.
If you can’t reach this screen, there probably something wrong.
But yeah, server won’t be available until 4th August
