Yesterday I was playing with a friend, we were at miners village, and suddenly she was disconected, disconected. Then, when she tried to connect again and enter to the same character she was playing, a message saying “you will be moved to another channel due to this channel is full” (i don’t remember if it was exactly like that) appeared and she got disconected again, and the same every time she tried again, so i decided to try some stuff like changing channel and other things, we realized that she could enter to others characters but not to that one that she was playing when she get disconected.
Solution?:
I dont know if it’s a solution, but after doing it we make her enter again. I realized that when I selected the “bugged” character, at the channel selection it was a “default” channel, it was the same channel everytime i tried doing things, so i tried connecting whit another character at that exact channel (that another was at the same zone, but i don’t know if that’s relevant) then i get back to the character selection and tried conecting again with the bugged character then it worked.
I don’t know much about it, i don’t know if was a solution, but i lend this here, maybe could it be useful to some else.
