The DLC beginner sale, is in error , is generating many doubts at the time of purchase, please reconsider .

O que acontece é que estou comprando o do SA e esta aparecendo o do SEA no carrinho de compras steam.

So I finally see that the Beginner’s Pack is up on Steam… However. There is the Veteran AND the Beginner’s Pack but when I select the Beginner’s Pack, the product that is shown to me is the “Tree of Savior - Veteran’s Pack [SEA]”.
Do you guys have people to revise what you do there? Seriously guys…
And now, is this the Beginner’s pack or the Veteran’s pack? I won’t pay the outrageous price of 62.52 BRL (1 USD = 3,5673516 BRL taxes not included) just to get the wrong pack delivered to my account.
Can someone that did buy it tell me, or a member of the Staff perhaps? (Even though I know that a Staff answer is asking a bit too much, isn’t it?)

I think they need to create a Portuguese section in this Forum. The mass is big with people speaking in Portuguese, technically this is an international Forum… You guys could have a little respect for the others so they can actually understand what’s going on.
Also staff members probably don’t speak portuguese, thus making complaints in portuguese pointless.

Thank you for pointing this out to us, we did notice that in fact the name of the DLC wasn’t showing up correctly, but it is in fact the SA region DLC. The name is expected to be fixed soon. Apologies for the misunderstanding it caused.
I wonder that when you guys are reading all the disgust about the over pricing of the DLC if you are facepalming or high five each other.
Gave you guys 800hrs and bought all your founders packs twice. Wont bet getting another cent from me and i am the whale you guys want playing a f2p game.
This is value.
