Error Getting TP Ingame After Over 1 Hour - Almost 48 hours without getting my TPs!

Description :

I’m trying to get the TP I bought but it simply doesn’t give me. I know there’s a delay but I’ve waited over 1 hour online after trying to get it and nothing happened! It almost 48 hours since I tried the first time and I still can’t get my TPs!

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Click on the TP button in the game.

  2. Click to use the 100 TP item.

  3. Click ‘Yes’ to accept the item.

  4. Waited over 1 hour.

  5. Nothing happens.

Ja tentou ver o saldo entrando por outro personagem? O mesmo tinha acontecido comigo e só assim o TP apareceu in-game, mesmo tendo reaberto o client e aguardado por horas;

O TP aparece na caixinha do botão, eu não consigo é resgatar. Já tentei com todos os meus personagens, já fechei e abri client, já fiquei 1 hora esperando ingame sem fazer nada, etc. :confused:

Hey @GM_Francis I’ve already done it 2 times. 72 hours and still no solution. :confused: I bought it to buy a Token and do more runs on the Halloween event and I’m losing it all. :frowning:

So sorry for the inconvenience. Due to the system of Valve, you need to wait for up to 4 hours to redeem TP bundles throughout ‘TP’ Button. Otherwise, Please inform us via ticket :slight_smile:

Unfortunately I’m a casual player who spends up to 2 hours online a day and I’ve waited that long already and nothing happened, @STAFF_Max.

But I solved it, I just asked for a refund on the Steam.

I’ve noticed Steam being down every now and then the past few days (at least on my end), but what really IMC just needed to do was confirm that they got your ticket (you even sent it twice already!).
