ERROR: CommanderLoadFail

I have now tried the following…

1. I have tried to change the channel my character was on.
2. I have moved the character to a differen’t lodge.
3. I have tried logging in with differen’t characters.
4. I have “validated” the Steam files
5. I have deleted the user.xml and user_c.xml files.
6. I have uninstalled/reinstalled the game.

Anyone else find a way to fix this? Or know how long it will take them to move my character? Should I just wait or give up on that character?

This is happening when trying to enter a dungeon as well… Why do I feel an extended maintenance coming again ._.
