Error Code 9 & Dungeon, Saalus Instances not reset

Bug Description :
Error code 9 whenever login
Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Whenever login into game with bugged character would immediate show the error after loading.
  2. Whenever bugged character move from a map to another map would show the error after loading.
  3. Only bugged character was not enjoyed with dungeon and saalus reset.
  4. Restarted client TOS does not resolve any issues above.

Reverse back daylight time saving. That’s what screw up reset last year. Like SEA server even care about dts.
