Error Code 16 channels bug

Team Name: Kongou

Character Name: All characters

Bug Description : Half of the map channels don’t work. The game crashes and shows server list screen with Error Code 16.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

1. Go to any map (for example Tenet Garden ch1)
2. Game creahes with Error Code 16

However ch2 and ch3 work. Also the game crashes if I enter dung with party (or saalus/ fedimian attack event)

When you received this message, Ch.1 of Tenet Garden did not appear and you could only log into Ch.2 and Ch3? You mentioned this began a week ago but are you still facing the issue now?

If so, I would first recommend checking that your internet connection is stable.
