Bug Description :
(letting us know what you were doing before, during, and after the bug happened will help us a lot)

  • Log In Usual - No Problem at all
  • Provider used : Telkomsel, local INA Provider
  • This start happens after first connection was cut down because modem shutdown after electricity shortcurrnt
  • The only problem cannot : see shouts, chat guild, party. No chat log at all

i got the same issue, in my case i can’t download the game, so my friend copy the game in a usb. Then i install the game copying the file in the following route “C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common”.

i also tried to validate steam files but it doesnt work.

welcome to the game
this is a long time bug that seems like a feature to the game
they dont seem to care about this issue, or perhaps they ignore it
or they will rather blame your connection for it
the latest chat server maintenance thing doesnt even fix this
so either you play with another ISP or using vpn.
sometimes tremendous amount of relogin work for me,but its not guarantee will work for everyone

Yes it works,
and I guess maybe the Dev working on it or the IP change do the trick.

Hence after I switch back again to origin IP, the chat works just fine!
