Go to steam library, right click ToS from your list and go to Properties, Local Files and Verify Integrity of Game Cache.
Hi, I had this problem previously, for my case it was cause by the latest patch file is missing from the TreeOfSavior\patch
[not having the 5 latest ipf (128009, 128113, 128143, 128144, 128145)]
verify the game and it should help you re-download them

No x.x , i try unistall the game and install again but now cant conect to server ._.
