The same to me, and my notebook has Assassins Creed 4 playing really good. I think that this is a code problem, if they try not check our requirements so hard at the beginnig should work. But if you video card is not in the list makes a loop and the game crash

change Resolution mode=“1” to “2” game will start in window mode,
click the server you want and click enter, then just click “x” of game window and click cancel.
thats it you are in the game
