Error 919 Cannot start game/sometimes cannot start launcher

Date and Time : From 4 august till now

Game Control Mode (Keyboard/Joypad/Mouse) : all

Bug Description :
Patcher failed to launch and need administrator permition
If it managed to load the patch after press start, error cant load the config files
i have try check integitry of game cache and change download server but still failed
but sometimes i can play after press 10-15 times if luck i can play
my download speed is fine 1.4mbps max and i play dota 2 fine with ping 60-90ms

This bug happened here too. I just restarted the Steam client and it’s ok now.

its not ok to me, still happening but sometimes restart steam working sometimes not at all

i already restart client, redownload patch restart, validating, run as administrator,
even bypass using cmd client_tos -SERVICE
give me korean version, i have no idea what to do,
i still got the messege error 919

I launched steam client as admin and it worked hope i worksthere as well ^ ^

Well, you can’t, you just need to read the info about why you can’t open it.
Normally: access denied
Blocked ip: your country ip blocked blah blah

I’ve tried to do everything.
Restarted the Steam Client a thousand times, turned off my anti virus, deleted and reinstaled the game 10 times and it still not working.

Suddenly disconnect and cant get error 919. I try reinstall the game turn off anti-virus run game as admin nothing work :frowning:
