Bug Description :
My ping is unstable (80ms - 130ms, normal range. Sometimes up to 330ms, 500ms). Sometimes disconnect me and return to char. select (Lodge). Screenshot down.

You you continue to have connection problems, please send us a Support Ticket with the map name (which you have already done in this post) and the channel.

This is just the new error panel that replaces the old “disconnected… returning to lodge” one when you lose connection to the server. I guess the devs wanted to add more debug info, but clearly the message isn’t the one you expect in such case, because it has nothing to do with channel closing. More something like “reason: client lost connection to server”. The solution, though, works well

In the first dungeon (Lv50), that error code 8 appear 3 times… (Everything stop, no movement, no actions). The game dc me to the lodge. I reconnect and re enter to the dungeon, but everything still freeze

In the maps, I have no problems, except for what was said in the first Post. Someone else Latency spike, but after the first post, I have not returned error 8, but today yes, 3 times but in Dungeon.

Dear STAFF_letitia, to try accessing the server again isn’t the solution.
You need to fix this issue…

Now, im my legendary journey, i finally get to 120lv dungeon, yay! but surprise… Lag in dungeon, and… error 8.

i already report this in my ticket and yes, i already do the verify cache in steam…

How can I solve it? It seems tickets are disabled.

Today I got error code 8 on following locations (Fedimian server):
Fedimian - channel 2
Fedimian Suburbs - channel 1
Mage Tower 1F - channel 1
Mage Tower 2F - channel 1
Mage Tower 3F - channel 2
Goddess’ Ancient Garden - channel 2
Zeraha - channel 1
Orsha - channel 1
Highlander Master’s Training Hall - channel 2
East Siauliai Woods - channel 1
Miners’ Village - channel 1
Stele Road - channel 2
Forest of Prayer - channel 1
Mullers Passage - channel 1 …and that’s all, because there is only one channel and my character got stuck there
