I was able to access the game yesterday (obviously, empty servers) then this morning I bought the Founder’s pack DLC to check out the game but I encountered this error.

First thing to try is doing a verification of the game files.
Right click the game in the list.
Properties
Local Files tab
Verify Integrity Of Game Cache
I loaded it just fine yesterday myself but today had 12 corrupt files.

The 12 corrupt files are the files that are edited by the games patches, did not work for me.
